There are not simple solutions. Healing first - with truth and justice!
When we allowed illegals to come streaming across the border with Obama's direction due to word getting out regarding the DACA policy he passed, then welcomed them into detention centers with Homeland Security participating by transporting them around the country, 'transformation' came straight to our neighborhoods.
It was already known with reports by border agents that gang members were amongst the illegals. It was known there were illegals who are criminals released onto our streets. As mentioned many times at this site, laws are violated with many actions right before our eyes. Blatantly, disturbingly, recklessly. This has angered many Americans. Why wouldn't it?
These reckless actions have put our loved ones, families, friends and ourselves at risk. While having to know the very people allowing this to happen are leading our country, being allowed to do this. BUT it is not about another political candidate coming along with promises of far reaching 'change'. We can't jump ahead of ourselves when the people in office taking part in this are actively stripping us of law an order right now.
Law and order starts with those who have worked on behalf of invaders and criminals directly against the citizens of our country. It cannot be said too many times. There must be 'accountability'. Without it, these criminals who have now been welcomed into our communities are continually empowered. Proof lies in the fact they are flying their own country flag and burning the flag of America.
We already saw them stand outside the White House earlier on with protests demanding things. That was then. This is now. Don't ever forget the increasing number of cases spreading far of the individual attacks on Americans. Harm is harm - violations are violations. People do feel that a war has been waged against us. Many asking why is it allowed to continue?
This site will always bring it back to the core of the problem. Where it starts, how it happened and what we deserve regarding justice.
To say that everything going wrong is the fault of Democrats or Republicans, pointing fingers and passing blame everyday may be the result of the division we now face, but it is not fixed by political solutions only. We the people are broken down by this and have let the division turn us against each other. All it takes is listening to what people are saying to one another or reading what is commented to each other via social media. The security of Americans has been shaken by violence, riots, and deterioration of the foundation of our country.
Healing comes with truth, justice and by no means should the individuals responsible for violations in our government be kept secret or not be held accountable. We the people know there has been wrong doing. We have had our lives put in harms way. When these actions are not handled accordingly as they would for any average American, resentment builds. People start to turn on one another. But those they turn on are not necessarily the ones who made the changes or ignored the law. It is true that criminals have been empowered and it has been addressed at this site. So those particular individuals in society who are reacting or suddenly feel the freedom to act out more , do bring this to a local level between people living around us.
Instead of acknowledging the truth right now and exactly how this came about, people are left with hearing continual reports of conflict, crime and chaos. What president would sit back watching this happen to our country and continue to see it escalate as if things are fine? A president who is not putting Americans safety first. This doesn't mean anything is resolved by hating a particular party, group of supporters, neighbors or fellow Americans.
It does mean the root of the problem must be exposed for what it is for healing to happen and solutions to succeed. This can only be done together at a time when our country is breaking down. It takes more than one, but a brave 'many' to lift us up again.
We have rights. We have freedom of speech and peaceful assembly. We are not extremists or racists. We care about the laws of our land.

Transformation continues with safety ignored. What about our rights?
The transformation in our country led by this administration continues with the justification of fairness and minorities rights. However, there have been many actions taken that put Americans in harms way. The safety of Americans is continually ignored in what has been mentioned here before as public endangerment . Actions taken as criminal reckless misconduct when looked at closely in addition to the 'results' of the actions identified in cases.
As previously mentioned: The illegal invasion allowed to happen, Americans were targeted by criminals. The administration took it one step further and knowingly released illegals with 'known' criminal records. They also had illegals transported around the country knowing they had diseases reported by border agents , then children became sick. Gang members were reported at detention centers and also allowed to be in our communities with reports of drug activity increase playing a part in heroin crisis killing Americans. There has also been the issue of Felons released early from prison with law enforcement officials making it known there is no guarantee there are no violent offenders being released.
Now, there is the issue of transgender choice of any bathroom to be used based on comfort. Without discriminating but looking at realistic situations, there are in fact cases of cross dressers abusing people. There are pedophiles who can take advantage of this openness. This does expose young girls to older men and heighten the risk of sex abuse which is already a very difficult problem to manage when you look at the statistics and complex cluster of laws for these offenders. Obama took it further. He now orders states to allow either bathroom or locker room at public schools to be used based on gender 'choice ' not physical clarification. This does violate personal boundaries and also brings about higher risk of incidents.
How many actions must we watch be taken that literally put us at risk? Children, students, women, law enforcement, anyone can be targeted by each and every move being made if you look at the sequence of them. WE the majority have rights too and the need for us to stand for these rights in a lawful way is increasing all the time! We are losing valuable rights by the day. We cannot continue to watch incidents and cases happen with a fall out that deepens the divide in our country. We must stand for Justice. We have the time to do it. We can show exactly what is unfair to us , not just others. We do not want to be radical or act out in any way. We want to take a stand to defend our rights. Our safety is priority and anyone who is directly putting us at risk with a violation must be held accountable.
We have to bring some balance back because too many people are feeling threatened, discouraged, uneasy, unsafe or angry , etc. It is not about lashing out at each other. It is about holding those accountable who are taking actions that can effect any one of us. Every day now it is time to say STOP.

When Health Insurance becomes a ‘law’ with a penalty for not having it we expect that it will be handled fairly and based on what we are told. However, instead people are experiencing changes that are creating hardship and financial stress.
No-one can predict when an accident will occur or illness may strike changing life within minutes. We think this means our insurance will be what we need and appropriate security will be in place. American people were told how much better healthcare will be with more affordable costs and no loss of established doctors.
This was not true when suddenly people could not stay with a particular hospital and lost the care of doctors who were treating them. It was reported in the North East some people were required to drive over 2 hours to a hospital to be covered, instead of their local hospital. There have been significant changes regarding prescriptions. Some people have their prescriptions included in their general medical insurance while others have separate prescription insurance costs that consist of additional monthly premium, the co-pays and annual deductible.
I am going to list some examples that have been reported to me that are happening to people right now. This shows exactly how it is being handled below:

There is an increase of failure to cover particular medications.Sometimes this can be challenged by a specific approval by the doctor to the insurance company or it requires an in depth appeal process involving the doctor and patient with lengthy paperwork, time limits for submission and questionable approval.

Deductible has increased 300% for one person and co-pays have increased.

A diabetic has been refused the one touch test strips, previously used for 16 years.

A diabetic has been denied insulin and has to go through a step process first to see if it works.

A patient has to pay for all ongoing regular blood work while insured.

A patient is required to pay a new $174.00 deposit before being able to have a surgery.

A patient with a powder medication went from $10.00 monthly to $80.00 monthly – the reason given by insurance is - a change of ‘tier’.

Prescription costs for medications changing in price month to month varying unexpectedly.

Medication ‘patches’ for acute injury pain denied while more harmful pill form is approved. Long appeal process for the patches to be approved. After being approved by Cigna Insurance to be covered, the cost was still over 200.00 for the prescription. A coupon from the doctor to guarantee cost of no more than $20.00 was rejected with the reasoning that Cigna insurance policy is listed under Medicare D ** even with separate premiums being paid for each and separate deductibles at the beginning of the year for each insurance**.

Annual deductible increases, then it is added to most needed medication before regular medication co-pays set in, leaving most needed medication at high cost for one month (example $90.00)

Patients on disability having to pay Medicare premium from their Social Security Disability check, additional monthly Insurance Premium up to $100 – 300 dollars for supplemental Health Insurance to cover what Medicare does not cover, Prescription Insurance Monthly premium for medications, Doctors co-pays, prescription co-pays and annual deductible.All combined, unable to sustain with disability income.

Medication varying in cost wildly at the beginning of the year – the same medication fluctuating from $15.00 to $90.00.The insurance company claiming the cost is varying monthly ‘to them’, then states it is only varying during the deductible time frame.
There are also reports of many qualified doctors choosing to stop practicing medicine due to the complex changes that came about. People are having a more difficult time finding trustworthy doctors and productive treatment they are comfortable with. When people go to the emergency room, there is a set of costly tests put upon them, some of which may not be needed. Scans are being conducted and reports are not thoroughly discussed with the patient. Some patients choose to request a copy of the written radiology report to get the specifics. Often patients have to do a lot of work to track down answers because doctor’s offices are too over loaded to call back accordingly or keep track of their patient’s health fully. There is also serious lack of communication between physicians and specialists.
Health issues are stressful for anyone to experience. The additional changes coming about are creating financial hardships and the unknown is leaving it impossible for people to prepare accordingly as they are trying to heal. Many become stuck in a trap of stress hampering healing or increasing pain from chronic injury. Those who need help the most are suffering higher costs and yet are handicapped unable to work fully or at all to make up for the difference. Doctors are more interested to try giving medications than find the answer to an ailment or solution to cure the patient.
If you are experiencing costs or restrictions that you feel are unfair or harmful it is important to contact the appropriate people in your state. The community can also be notified contacting the editor of the local newspaper. We must not be taken advantage of or used to be tested in ways without proper care. We should be letting everything we can be known so there is not a false illusion for those who have not needed extensive help yet. We can communicate as best we can to let each other know what is happening while speaking up regarding any failures in the process.
